Quo Vadis Charters has exclusive representation of Tall Ship FRIESLAND
Today we can announce that we have acquired the worldwide exclusivity for the rental of the Tall Ship Friesland. This modern lookalike 17th-century square-rigged training and passenger vessel will be launched and will sail globally from Spring 2014. The Friesland will sail with a permanent crew of 10, 22 trainees and 18 passengers, 100 day tour guests during maritime events and if moored, 180 seats for receptions and meetings.
7 days a week and features on-board exhibitions illustrating what life was like in the admirality of the "Verenigde Hollandse Compagnien" around the 17th century under command of Tjerk Hiddes de Vries. The FRIESLAND will be also available for corporate or private charter, both moored and also at sea, offering a unique venue to celebrate or promote any occasion.
We will bring you back in time to the real live aboard of this ship around the 17th Century. Professional actors will introduce your guests into the daily living conditions, fights, dicipline, navigation, meals, illness, surgeries, surgeons and a seamens- funeral. You will meet Tjerk Hiddes de Vries and his officers in the Grand Cabin. "Public Affairs" aboard the FRIESLAND about specific vulnerable target groups to benefit a stay on board. By example, organize your own pirate party.
